Most teams try AI tools in isolation: a ChatGPT window here, a Claude session there. But these never connect to the actual work happening in their project management, CRM, or communication tools.

The Solution

Agent Factory is a system built inside Notion that creates, orchestrates, and evaluates AI agents tied directly to real work.

The core insight: agents should live where work happens, not in a separate AI tool. By building agents in Notion, they have direct access to the context, databases, and workflows the team already uses.

Key components:

• Agent Registry: A database of purpose-built agents, each with clear inputs, outputs, and success criteria
• Orchestration Layer: Workflows that chain agents together for multi-step tasks
• Evaluation Framework: A Google Sheets logger that tracked every agent run, output, and error in real time.

The Results

• Built 10+ specialized agents covering research, writing, analysis, and project management tasks
• Reduced repetitive workflow tasks by integrating agents directly into existing Notion workspaces
• Created a replicable framework for other teams to build their own agent systems
• Demonstrated that AI adoption succeeds when tools integrate with existing workflows, not replace them
